Breakfast is in an oak panelled dining room where there are tea and coffee making facilities, and a guest fridge. There are views of a cottage style garden and fields. High Trees is a lovely house located just outside the village of Barnham. It has 2 double bedrooms, one large en-suite, and a smaller one with wash basin and use of bathroom opposite.

We are ideally situated between the many attractions of the Sussex Coast and the South Downs. These include Chichester Harbour, Roman Chichester itself and Arundel with it's famous Castle. There are plenty of things for children to do in the area which contains several swimming pools, safe beaches and Butlins.

Our large garden has been designed and maintained with a particular focus on attracting wild life (hedgehogs, bats, and kingfishers). It also supplies much of the produce you will be offered including eggs, apple juice, honey and organic vegetables.
